1. Services Provided
Retexhub Limited provides specialized services in the textile and sustainability sector, including but not limited to:
Verification & Auditing: Higg Index (FEM), EcoVadis, Social Compliance, and Energy/Water audits.
ISO Certification: Consultancy and training for ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, and 22000.
Environmental Testing: Air quality, noise, light, and GHG monitoring.
Pollution Control: Installation and consultancy for ETP, STP, and ZLD systems.
Research & Development: Innovation in biodegradable fibers and eco-friendly packaging.
2. Professional Accuracy and Reliance
While Retexhub Limited strives to provide the most accurate data and testing results (Air, Water, Stack Emission), the client acknowledges that results are based on the conditions present at the time of testing. We do not guarantee specific certification outcomes from third-party bodies (like SAC or ISO) but commit to providing the highest standard of preparation and consultancy.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure the success of our audits and assessments, the client agrees to:
- Provide full and honest access to facilities, data, and personnel required for the audit.
- Ensure that all machinery (ETP, STP, etc.) is operating normally during testing periods.
- Comply with all local and international safety protocols during on-site inspections.
4. Intellectual Property
Retexhub Content: All research papers, report formats, training materials, and website content are the intellectual property of Retexhub Limited.
"Textile on Research": Our proprietary research findings regarding biodegradable fibers and recycled materials may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes by third parties without explicit written consent.
5. Collaboration with Academic Institutions
As we invite Public and Private Universities (e.g., BUET, BUTEX, NSU) to collaborate, all joint research projects will be governed by specific Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) regarding data sharing and patent rights, which shall supersede these general terms.
6. Payment and Fees
Fees for consultancy, testing, and audits are quoted based on the scope of work.
Payment terms are generally 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of the final report/certification, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.
Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing monitoring or certification services.
7. Confidentiality
Retexhub Limited treats all client manufacturing processes, chemical management data, and business strategies as strictly confidential. We will not disclose sensitive audit findings to any third party except as required by law or for the purpose of official certification body reviews.
8. Limitation of Liability
Retexhub Limited shall not be held liable for:
Business losses or fines incurred by the client for non-compliance with government regulations.
Any damages resulting from the misuse of our research recommendations or equipment installations (ETP/STP) by the client’s untrained staff.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through negotiation or in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate our services if:
The client provides fraudulent data.
The client fails to meet payment obligations.
The safety of our staff is compromised at the client's site.
